Book Review - Billionaire Auction by Debbie White
Jenny reluctantly agrees to go to a benefit auction for her friend which includes a Billionaire Auction, her friend obviously knows how to push the right buttons to persuade her knowing her love for animals, she makes sure to tell her its for the Animal Defence League. How awesome does that sound a Billionaire Auction?!!
Jenny's eye surprisingly is caught by Chase, a single father who is one of the billionaire auction lots, bidding commences and after a while Jenny wins a date with Chase. Their connection is instant, I really enjoyed the light hearted humor between them and following their story. I liked the way Chase enjoyed the luxuries he could afford, yet remained down to earth in character. As romance quickly moves on unexpected issues block Jenny's way at times making her unsure what she really wants, will she be able to see past them?
This was a nice, enjoyable, mellow romance, a lovely relaxed read to curl up with.
